Our services are independent, professional and non-judgemental, and we support positive change for those affected by alcohol and other addictions. People are at the heart of all that we do.

We provide services at our two office bases in Shrewsbury and Wellington, as well as at community venues and GP surgeries throughout Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin. IMPACT is available to all people, irrespective of age, gender, disability, sexual orientation, HIV status, religious belief, ethnic or cultural background.
